Sasan Aghaei freed from prison

GVF -- Journalist Sasan Aghaei who was arrested on 22 November 2009, has been released after more than four months on a bail of around 50,000 US dollars.

Aghaei had to spend the New Year away from his family and inside prison walls due to judicial delay in judicial procedures.

His lawyer Mohammad Mostafaei has previously said that his client was accused of propagating against the regime. Sasan Aghaei has experiencing in working with reformist newspapers such as Etemade Melli, Etemad, and Farhikhtegan.
