 GVF -- Caspian Makan, the so-called "fiancé" of Neda Agha Soltan has been exploiting the memory of Neda Agha Soltan for his own gains. This was most visible in his latest trip to Israel and his meeting with Shimon Peres where he called himself the "ambassador" of the Iranian people.
