Emad Bahavar released

GVF -- The head of the youth branch and member of the political bureau of the outlawed Freedom Movement of Iran, Emad Bahavar was released last night.

According to an Iranian website, this was the third time Emad Bahavar was arrested this year. He was arrested once before the rigged election of June 2009 (for four days) and then again just days after the electoral coup (for two months in solitary confinement).

Security forces had also pressured his work place to fire him, in addition to preventing him from defending his mater’s dissertation in the field of political science at Mazandaran University.
