GVF -- Brigadier-General Hosseini Motlagh has been named as the new head of the Tehran brigade of Iran's Revolutionary Guard (IRGC).
According to the IRGC’s public relations, the governor of Tehran province Morteza Tamaddon stated that the efforts of Motlagh’s predecessor Brigadier-General Ali Fazli was very important in the post-election crackdown on protesters.
During the farewell ceremony held for Fazli, BG Hosseini Motlagh was named as the new head of the IRGC’s Tehran brigade, or the Seyedoshohada brigade.
