Families of those arrested during the 11 February rallies resumed their protests against their loved ones’ continued arrest on Sunday in front of the notorious Evin prison.
According to Iranian website Hammihan, this was the fourth consecutive night on which protesters had gathered in front of Evin prison in search of news about their family members.
In addition, the relatives of those arrested during the 27 December demonstrations also joined the protests on Sunday. Each time a prisoner is freed from Evin prison, families surround him or her, asking for information about their own loved ones behind the walls.
The protest in front of Evin prison continued well into the midnight on Sunday.
