Two IUST students arrested

Two student activists by the names of Rouhollah Sahraei and Alireza Abufazeli from Iran University of Science and Technology were arrested on Monday after being referred to the intelligence ministry.
In recent days, a number of students have been contacted by the university security and subsequently summoned by the interior ministry.
Sahraei and Abufazeli were referred to the intelligence ministry, but never returned and according to the intelligence ministry they are in Evin prison.
It should be noted that pressure on students and activists have increased dramatically in the days leading up to 11 February when the opposition supporters will protest against the coup government of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
