GVF -- Iranian journalist working for Shargh newspaper, Reyhaneh Tabatabaei has been detained.
According to Iranian media reports, Tabatabaei was arrested after Iranian security forces raided her home on Sunday morning. Her arrest comes just days after security forces also raided the office of the pro-reform Shargh newspaper and arrested Keyvan Mehregan, Ahmad Gholami, Farzaneh Roustaei, Ali Khodabaskh and Amir Hadi Anvari who also worked for the daily.
Tabatabaei has worked for the Sina News Agency, Chelcheragh magazine and Shargh newspaper. During the fraudulent presidential elections in June 2009, she was out of the country pursuing her education.
