GVF -- A senior economic advisor to 2009 presidential candidate Mir Hossein Mousavi has been released from prison.
According to the Kaleme website affiliated with opposition leader Mir Hossein Mousavi, Ali Arab Mazar was released on bail on Wednesday night after enduring more than eight months of imprisonment.
Arab Mazar was an economic advisor to Mousavi during the rigged presidential election of June 2009 and was arrested a day after the bloody Ashura protests of 27 December along with a number of Mousavi’s most senior aides.
