Four political activists receive prison sentences in Mahallat

GVF -- The revolutionary court of the city of Mahallat has handed down prison sentences for four political activists and Green Movement supporters in the city.

According to the opposition website Jaras, the rulings handed are as follows:

1- Mahdi Yarmohammadi: Eighteen months, 
2- Reza Alikhani (Mousavi campaigner): Ten months suspended sentence for five years
3- Hesamoddin Alami: Nine-month suspended sentence for four years
4- Ali Shahbazi: Six-month suspended sentence for three years

The individuals have been charged with “acting against national security.”

Another Green Movement supporter in the city called Mohammad Ali Elahi remains in prison.
